Great article, I would add one thing and that is lemon water every day at least two glasses, or 24 oz! In the morning is best and maybe after lunch! Oh and eat your big protein meals in the morning and afternoon followed by a light dinner and most definitely dark chocolate (small) portion for dessert! You won’t be hungry at all!!
