Hi Jason, I am a 50 year old female, and have just spent 3 hours viewing your videos. I will be talking to my doctor this week and hope to get stated soon. I agree with mom. when you look in the mirror you tend to see what u think and not how beautiful you are, so stop being so hard on yourselves. I do know that it is hard to lose weight and then to keep it off, but you have to look this as a life style change and not as a “diet”. It is hard to fit exercise into our busy lives but we have to find time to cause in the long run it can cause health problems, not to mention it really helps with stress. I am a mom of a 15 month old and work at a busy office always being on my feet and still go to the gym on my lunch break. Hi 🙂 Im 21yrs old and I’m 5’5. 1. Tilt your pelvis. Lie on the floor, arms at your sides and knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Next, press your lower back to the floor so that your pelvis tilts upward. Maintain this tilt as you straighten your legs by slowly sliding your heels along the floor. Stop when you can no longer hold a full tilt position. Hold and count aloud to six. Bring one leg, then the other, back to the starting position, maintaining the pelvic tilt throughout. Hold the starting position for six more counts. Relax. Repeat 12 times.
