“diet chart to lose belly fat -the best way to lose belly fat fast at home”

Hi Mohamed. Great question. I personally don’t know if there’s anyone who would notice a significant difference between eating white or yellow rice. The main think I’d be trying to do is combine that rice with as much protein as I can. So if it’s just chicken… make sure you’re eating your rice with chicken or some other protein because It’s going to cause less fat storage over the long term. (studies have verified this). I’d try to make that ratio of meat to rice at least 50/50. Always opt for adding protein whenever you are consuming starchy carbs like rice. Together they can be a potent muscle building combo. I would NOT be eating “little”. I would eat a good amount (BUMP my protein intake with each meal like I said)… and exercise intense mostly focusing on weight lifting. Many people have done very well with similar diet plans. Very well.

You’ll find lean, satiating protein in every single bite you take on Zero Belly Diet. The muscle-building macronutrient is fundamental to the plan, and eggs happen to be one of the easiest and most versatile delivery systems in the universe. Not only that, they’re also the number-one dietary source of a nutrient called choline. Choline, which is found also in lean meats, seafood, and collard greens, attacks the gene mechanism that triggers your body to store fat around your liver. (That’s why eggs are one of the best foods for weight loss.) One Zero Belly Diet recipe—a breakfast hash with sweet potatoes and fresh farm eggs—became test panelist Morgan Minor’s go-to breakfast, and after just three weeks on the program, the female firefighter lost 11 pounds and 4 inches from her waist! The more eggs you eat, the less egg-shaped you get.

Baked potatoes (yes — white potatoes!) are an excellent source of potassium, which can help beat bloat and counterbalance sodium. Since they’ve got filling fiber, spuds also help you stay fuller, longer. Avoid the deeper-fryer, though. Potatoes are a nutrient-dense food as long as they’re not served the French-fry way.

Alcohol does seem to have a particular association with an increased waistline, though. In general, that’s because when you drink alcohol, your liver is too busy burning off alcohol to burn off fat, leaving you with a beer belly. Studies show that alcohol can cause you to feel hungry by affecting hormones that regulate a sense of satiety.

The biggest reason we can’t stick to our workouts? No time.
