You can also lose weight by opting to drink water rather than sugary drinks. Instead of drinking two cans of cola each day, drink plain water and save yourself 270 calories daily.

Hello i am Jawad. I am 28, 5’11. The main problem aroused in my body is side fats along with little fats on lower abdomen. I am much worried about my side fats instead of lower abdomen. If i talk about my diet, i can say if it’s not perfect then it is not bad as well.
