i have been eating organic ginger slices from trader joes and this helps with chronic diarrhea. I have scleroderma and inflammatory arthritis. because i am not able to exercise as much as i used to i have developed some belly fat. i began trying belly dance. I am very stiff inflexible to begin with. the combination of the ginger and the basic belly dance movements have reduced my loose belly without changing my diet.
