I also use things like protein shakes and such as supplements when I don’t have time to grab something. Bottom line, there are ways to fit it in if – each meal doesn’t have to be “a sit down dinner” – I just make an emphasis on quick healthy protein sources and fats throughout my day.

While I did read and like this book for a variety of reasons, I have to admit that it’s not as easy to use if you borrow it from the library. I know, I know, I’m a librarian and I shouldn’t be saying that but I think that if a patron borrows this books, she (because it’s really geared for women) will be able to ascertain whether they want to purchase it. This is the latest diet book featured on a talk show. The premise is that you can lose weight with out exercise. Of course you can. If you only eat 1200 calories a day, which is what this books says. They encourage the addition of special types of fats, MUFA’s for short, that are found in nuts, and certain oils. Olives are one food that they suggest you eat, but a serving is 10 large olives.
