Hello i am Jawad. I am 28, 5’11. The main problem aroused in my body is side fats along with little fats on lower abdomen. I am much worried about my side fats instead of lower abdomen. If i talk about my diet, i can say if it’s not perfect then it is not bad as well. I do take care of my diet but sometimes you know with the friends and family have to go for outing then i usually get over eaten. Actually i just want to get rid of my side fats along with lower abdomen fats with the diet as well as exercise. Kindly refer me some exercise which i can manage at home without any equipment.
