The author claims that eating a monounsatrurated (MUFA)fat with every meal will target your belly fat. (examples of MUFAS are olives, olive oil, almonds, avacados, etc..) this is an unproven idea. MUFAS are good for you anyway, so what can it hurt right? i actually liked this book and think it has some good ideas.
